Se não tiver a bebida que pedimos ele leva qualquer outra sem avisar e quando foi informado para fazer a troca tratou com desprezo. Assim falei com amigos e perdeu vários clientes que compravam com frequência

Por diversas vezes atrasou pedido, produtos quentes com valor de gelado, troca produto sem antes de perguntar, empurrando e uma novela pra estornar o valor.
Não avisa no ZAP o atraso, e quando reclamamos simplesmente dá um ok e tem que insistir se não fica por isso mesmo .
Perdeu vários clientes, pq de início pensamos que poderiam ser fatos atípicos, mas demostrou não ter zelo com os clientes e total falta de respeito .
