O entregador se recusou a entregar em meu andar, disse que só entrega no Hall do condomínio, que isso é o serviço do servente do meu pedreiro. Eu estava trabalhando no momento da entrega, foram todos muito bem educados, sem problemas em relação a isso, mais desde o inicio eu avisei que era condomínio e em nenhum momento no ato da compra me informaram que só deixam no hall. Eu estava em horário de almoço, tinha ninguém no apartamento, e ele ia deixar no hall. Como eu iria subir 10 sacos de areia, e um saco de cimento ? Sem condições.
Devolvi a mercadoria, disse que entraria em contato com o depósito. Estou desde as 11:30 tentando contato com o depósito, e não consigo. Só da ocupado e fax.
Aguardo um contato, para resolvermos isso.
Já se passou 1 semana e minha situação não foi resolvida, meu cartão virou, paguei a fatura, não tenho mercadoria, todos os dias que fui até ele, ele não estava para efetuar a estorno do meu cartão. E não entrava em contato comigo. A mercadoria foi devolvida e o dinheiro ele recebeu pelo jeito né.
