★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 04/03/2020 comprei um armário e já faz 2 meses e ainda não recebi o armário já paguei a segunda parcela e nada, todos os telefones estão desligado e não tem ninguém no escritório e nem depósito.
Ninguém dá uma satisfação eu quero meu armário ou dinheiro de volta. Fiquei sabendo que a mesma abriu falência. E agora como fica vou procurar os meus direitos seus caloteiros.
On 03/04/2020 I bought a locker and it's been 2 months and I still haven't received the locker, I already paid the second installment and nothing, all phones are off and there is no one in the office and no deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é ótimo,mas é relação a entrega é péssimo. Por conta do atraso deles sem nenhum retorno por parte deles passei mais de dois meses pra receber meu produto. Não foi por conta da quarentena ,pois se tivesse entregue no tempo certo ,isso não teria acontecido. Sem falar q nem sei quando eles vem montar. Muito chateada!!!!!
The service in the store is great, but the relationship with the delivery is terrible. Because of their delay without any feedback from them, I spent more than two months to receive my product. It was not due to the quarantine, because if it had been delivered on time, it would not have happened. Not to mention I don't even know when they come to ride. Very upset!!!!!

The sale was great! Very cool seller! But delivery and assembly until today !! Be with a month that was made to buy! Sei que houve o isolamento social, que o comércio fechou...mais antes disso já estava com 10 dias e nada da minha mercadoria. E agora o comércio voltou e nada ainda...ligo e não consigo contato, um rapaz que se diz o novo gerente me ligou informando que o meu produto seria trocado por outro, eu disse tudo bem mais até agora nada. Super arrependida!!!! Numca mais comprou n

I bought a wardrobe at the RG Furniture Store at the end of February 2020 and we are already in June / 2020 and nothing.
