★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima pois sou cliente sempre troco gas mas hoje passei um constrangimento alguns dias comprei uma agua ate ai tudo bem so que fui comprar agua em outro estabelecimentos e não aceitam o vasilhame que a nacional gas fornece entrei em contato para pedir a troca pois a atendente min informou que não era possível a troca pedi para falar com a gerente atendente min disse que iriam retornar o contato passou mas de uma hora retornei ea estupida que min atendeu disse que a gerente estava em reunião e que se ela falou que ia min ligar entao que eu esperasse.em fim ja se passou mas de 5horas que espero ate agora nada entao vou ficar no prejuízo pq o vasilhame que entreguei a eles custou 25 reais a nacional gas nao so perdeu 1cliente mas varios pq acho isso falta de respeito eu so queria a troca do vasilhame nada mas.
Pessima because I am a customer I always change gas but today I spent some embarrassment a few days I bought water so far so good so I went to buy water in other establishments and do not accept the bottle that Nacional Gas provides I contacted to ask for the exchange because the attendant min informed that it was not possible to exchange I asked to speak to the manager attendant min said that they would return the contact passed but after an hour I returned and the stupid person who answered said that the manager was in a meeting and that if she said she was going to call me then I waited. in the end it has passed but 5 hours I hope so far nothing so I will be at a loss because the bottle that I gave them cost 25 reais the national gas not only lost 1 customer but several because I think this lack of respect I just wanted to exchange of the vessel nothing but.
