★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Falaram que em 45 minutos entregariam o gás e simplesmente não entregaram. Detalhe que tenho uma criança de 3 anos que ficou sem janta pois agora deu 21:00 e não consigo mais nenhum lugar para comprar.... Parabéns, acabaram de perder mais um cliente.
Terrible attendance. They said that in 45 minutes they would deliver the gas and they simply did not. Detail that I have a 3 year old child who was without dinner because now it was 9:00 pm and I can't get anywhere else to buy .... Congratulations, they just lost another customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomento quase 1 hora esperando o gás chegar, liguei para saber se já estava chegando a atendente muito mal educada simplesmente falou que não tem somente o meu gás para entrega.
I do not recommend almost 1 hour waiting for the gas to arrive, I called to see if it was already arriving, the very rude attendant simply said that there is only my gas for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida, atendentes atenciosos e educados. Sem contar que o rapaz da entrega instala o gás com muita responsabilidade. Há uns 02 anos só compro gás nesse lugar.
I was always very well attended, attentive and polite attendants. Not to mention that the delivery guy installs the gas with great responsibility. I only buy gas in this place for about 02 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. A começar que me disseram q o tempo de espera é de uma hora e meia. Mandei msg era 20:00hrs. Por volta das 21:00 mandei mensagem novamente. Eles visualizaram, não responderam e não troxeram o meu gás. Péssimo atendimento. Quando eu mandei mensagem pela manhã, Inventaram a mesma desculpa de sempre: disseram q o motoqueiro caiu, sendo q quem entrega são carros. E mesmo q seja, pq não avisou? Atendimento nota 0 no profissionalismo. Espero que melhorem. Esses funcionários n sabem trabalhar não?? se não querem o emprego, deixa pra quem precisa.
Bad experience. To start, I was told the waiting time is one and a half hours. I sent msg it was 20: 00hrs. Around 9 pm I texted again. They viewed, they did not respond and they did not bring my gas. Terrible attendance. When I sent a message in the morning, they invented the same excuse as always: they said the biker fell, and the ones who deliver are cars. And even if it is, why didn't you warn me? Service score 0 in professionalism. I hope they get better. These employees don't know how to work ?? if they don't want the job, leave it to those who need it.

Horrible, 1 hour delay. Without calling justifying, if I had called to make the gas it would have taken less.
