Quando reclamei, justamente pela decepção do serviço a proprietária disse que eu estava com vitimismo, me ofereceu uns tratamentos, disse em outras palavras praticamente que a culpa era minha, porque o cabelo com a idade e hormônios, muda e etc e etc... Devido ao clima criado depois dessa recepção desagradável, fiz o primeiro tratamento e não me interessei em retornar para os próximos. Escrevi e liguei várias vezes para informar que optei pelo estorno do valor, como foi oferecido por eles e até hoje , quase 40 dias depois, não foi estornado o valor, me informaram que a dona estava viajando e entraria em contato, mas até a data de hoje, nada.
I really liked the cut, well decorated room. The "dark brunette" strands ended my hair, which reached the salon, healthy.
