★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente do local há alguns anos, mas na última segunda (21/01) estive no espaço no início da noite. Ao iniciar a depilação pelas axilas, relatei que a cera estava bastante quente. Terminado o procedimento, achei que eu estava com a pele mais sensível. Mas não. Houve queimadura nas minhas axilas, principalmente na esquerda. A empresa faz propaganda dizendo que a cera é morna. Não é. Sei que pode ter sido um caso isolado, mas devido a esta falta de cuidado estou passando por dores até hoje, fora os gastos com medicamento que tive para tratar. E ainda corro o risco de ficar com as axilas manchadas. Não sei se retornei. Fora isso, as atendentes são simpáticas e nos tratam bem.
I have been a client of the place for some years, but last Monday (01/21) I was in the space in the early evening. When I started shaving under the armpits, I reported that the wax was quite hot. After the procedure, I thought I had more sensitive skin. But not. There was a burn in my armpits, especially on the left. The company advertises that the wax is lukewarm. It is not. I know it may have been an isolated case, but due to this lack of care I'm going through pains to date, outside the drug costs I had to deal with. And I still run the risk of my underarms stained. I do not know if I returned. Other than that, the attendants are friendly and treat us well.
