★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, Recepcionistas ignorantes , mal educadas acham que estão fazendo um favor para os pacientes em marcar uma consulta os médicos são maravilhosos mais infelizmente creio que pelo fato de não precisarem tanto de outros pacientes por já estarem estabilizados, não se importam de melhorara equipe, não devia existir telefone nessa clinica pois eu mesma já vi elas deixarem fora do gancho. nunca consegui meu retorno.
 Terrible service, ignorant, poorly educated receptionists think they are doing the patients a favor by making an appointment, the doctors are wonderful, but unfortunately I believe that because they don't need other patients so much because they are already stabilized, they don't mind improving the team, there shouldn't be a telephone in this clinic because I've seen them leave it off the hook myself. I never got my return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar um comentario aqui a clinica DERGIN excelentes medicos e sou paciente dr. Lauro a mais de 30 anos porem sempre deixam muito a desejar no atendimento da recepção as atendentes sempre impacientes sem nenhuma simpatia (todas) fico triste porque sempre foram assim e nunca evoluiram no bom atendimento porem so freguento devido os medicos que sao excelentes. obs..nas ultimas 3 consultas nem a tv funcionava e por isso mesmo ficava .grata pela oportunidade
I would like to leave a comment here about the clinic DERGIN excellent doctors and I am a patient dr. Lauro for over 30 years but always leave a lot to be desired in the reception service the attendants are always impatient without any sympathy (all) I'm sad because they have always been like that and never evolved in good service but only frequent due to the doctors who are excellent. obs..in the last 3 consultations neither the tv worked and that's why i was .grateful for the opportunity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos muito bons nessa clínica...Mas o atendimento é péssimo eu acho uma falta de respeito com os clientes, tenho que tentar por vários dias para consegui um atendimento por telefone, sempre q ligo só da ocupada é quando chama q é raro não atendem, ou seja é uma falta de respeito .... já presenciei na clínica telefone fora do gancho ou então passar horas chamando clinica sempre muito lotada, não coloco a culpa nas funcionárias que estão sobrecarregadas de serviços, mas nós administradores os donos mesmos que não contrata pessoas suficiente para prestar um bom atendimento...
Very good doctors at this clinic... But the service is terrible, I think it's a lack of respect for the clients, I have to try for several days to get a phone service, whenever I call only when busy, it's when I call, which is rare they don't answer , in other words, it's a lack of respect .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Médicos excelentes, mas a recepção não melhora. Reservam um dia pra atender as ligações pra agendamento, mas a gente liga 100x e da sempre ocupado, ou quando não tá ocupas, ninguém atende. A recepção da clínica e a forma de agendamento precisam melhorar muito.
Awful. Excellent doctors, but reception does not improve. They reserve a day to answer the calls for scheduling, but we call 100 times and it's always busy, or when it's not busy, no one answers. The reception of the clinic and the way of scheduling need to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica fraquíssima, desrespeito com o paciente é o padrão. Não acho que o problema seja só com as atendentes, pois elas tem chefe e o chefe deve ter o mínimo de noção do que se passa no seu estabelecimento , não sabe é ainda mais incompetente. Deixei de usar meu plano, pois falaram que eu tinha que cancelar o procedimento que já havia sido autorizado pelo plano, gastei bastante ainda.
Enfim, se puderem ir para outro local vá, tem muitos médicos bons e até melhores que esse.
Very weak clinic, disrespect for the patient is the standard. I don't think the problem is just with the attendants, because they have a boss and the boss must have the least idea of what's going on in his establishment, he doesn't know it's even more incompetent. I stopped using my plan, because they said I had to cancel the procedure that had already been authorized by the plan, I still spent a lot.
Anyway, if you can go to another place, go, there are many good and even better doctors than this one.

Dr. Lauro é um excelente médico, e atencioso, mas o atendimento - que deveria ser o cartão de visitas - é extremamente difícil, descortês, com recepcionistas sem o mínimo de empatia e respeito pelo paciente. Agendamento é um dia por semana, e 76 ligações para conseguir ser atendida. Consulta agendada com um mês de antecedência e atendimento por ordem de chegada, cheguei à clínica às 13h (horário que informam ser quando se inicia a inclusão na ordem de atendimento) e às 15h ainda estava aguardando sem qualquer informação. Resolvi perguntar e a atendente informou que o médico estava em cirurgia e só atenderia após as 16h30. Com outro compromisso, reclamei por não ter sido informada ao chegar e pedi para que reagendasse minha consulta. Resposta? Muito aborrecida, ela falou "Só por telefone. Ligue amanhã." Falta de respeito! Falta de atenção com o paciente! Falta de educação! Falta de empatia! Fui embora sem atendimento. Se não tiver de 4 a 5 horas disponíveis para espera de atendimento, escolha outra clínica.
Bad experience. Dr. Lauro is an excellent and attentive doctor, but the service - which should be his calling card - is extremely difficult, impolite, with receptionists lacking the least amount of empathy and respect for the patient. Scheduling is one day a week, and 76 calls to get answered. Appointment scheduled a month in advance and service on a first-come, first-served basis, I arrived at the clinic at 1 pm (time they say is when inclusion in the order of service begins) and at 3 pm I was still waiting without any information. I decided to ask and the attendant informed that the doctor was in surgery and would only attend after 4:30 pm. With another appointment, I complained about not being informed when I arrived and asked to reschedule my appointment. Reply? Very annoyed, she said, "On the phone. Call tomorrow." Lack of respect! Lack of care for the patient! Lack of education! Lack of empathy! I left without service. If you don't have 4 to 5 hours available to wait for care, choose another clinic.
