★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o Dr Edurado lago , foi simplesmente foi maravilhosa , único médico que resolveu meu problema , recorri a vários médicos e nehum me deu a solução, somente ele resolveu meu problema de pele.
My experience with Dr Edurado lago was just wonderful, the only doctor who solved my problem, I went to several doctors and none of them gave me the solution, only he solved my skin problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado, fui com minha sogra e várias pessoas foram.atendidas antes dela mesmo essas pessoas chegando depois, ela só foi atendida quando fui perguntar como funcionava a chamada. Detalhe foi pagamento no dinheiro nem foi plano de saúde. Vamos melhorar esse atendimento por que é péssimo.
Disorganized, I went with my mother-in-law and several people were attended to. Even before these people arrived later, she was only answered when I went to ask how the call worked. Detail was payment in cash or health insurance. We will improve this service because it is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de uma lista de recomendações que eles passam e da promessa de ser horário marcado (especialmente em época de pandemia) a clínica estava LOTADA com quase cerca de 30 pessoas em um espaço minúsculo, tão cheia como nos dias normais. Fora que o horário marcado só existe na ilusão mesmo. Novamente a questão econômica prevalecendo em relação ao bem estar do cliente.
Despite a list of recommendations they give and the promise of being scheduled (especially in a pandemic season) the clinic was FULL with almost 30 people in a tiny space, as crowded as on normal days. Outside that the scheduled time exists only in the same illusion. Again the economic issue prevailing in relation to the client's well-being.

Terrible attendance. Dr. Doroth was almost two hours late until I had to give up the appointment and leave. How much longer would she be late if I kept waiting? Disregard for patients. Look for another clinic, this one is not worth it
