★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMA FALTA DE RESPEITO, cheguei com antecedência na consulta que tinha HORA MARCADA e fizeram eu esperar MAIS DE 1 HORA, sem ao menos dar uma satisfação pela LONGA ESPERA, sei que IMPREVISTOS PODE ACONTECER, mas é OBRIGAÇÃO deles dar uma satisfação para as pessoas que ali aguardam a sua CONSULTA. Não foi uma espera de 15 ou 30 minutos, foi de 1 HORA.
EXTREME LACK OF RESPECT, got ahead in the query that had APPOINTMENT and did I expect MORE THAN 1 HOUR, without even giving a satisfaction by LONG WAIT, I know UNEXPECTED CAN HAPPEN, but OBLIGATION them give satisfaction to the people who await your consultation there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da medica Iracema ser ótima, o atendimento e a organização é ruim, nunca fui atendida no horário marcado, em todos esses anos que passei na Dermaclin, teve dias que fui atendida mais de 2 horas depois do horário marcado, sempre teve descaso nessa parte de atendimento, por fim decidi não passar mas nessa clinica. Por essas questões eu não recomendo.
Although the doctor Iracema is great, the service and organization is poor, I was never seen at the scheduled time, in all these years I spent at Dermaclin, there were days when I was seen more than 2 hours after the scheduled time, there was always neglect in this part of care, I finally decided not to go through this clinic. For these reasons I don't recommend it.
