★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora excessiva e inadmissível na pandemia, teve um momento em que a sala pequena aglomerou com 8 pessoas para uma única médica . Atrasou toda a agenda , estou esperando há mais de uma hora do meu horário. Só não fui embora porque para remarcar é mais de um mês de espera. Agora mais do que nunca organização de horário é fator primordial para o atendimento clínico, é desrespeito com quem chega no horário.
Excessive and unacceptable delay in the pandemic, there was a time when the small room was crowded with 8 people for a single doctor. It delayed the whole schedule, I have been waiting for more than an hour from my schedule. I just didn't leave because it is more than a month of waiting to reschedule. Now more than ever organization of hours is a key factor for clinical care, it is disrespect to those who arrive on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora no atendimento. Não compreendo pq marcam horário se não conseguem cumprir. Já é a terceira vez que venho à clínica e todas as vezes demorei quase 2 horas pra ser atendido, mesmo tendo chegado no horário marcado.
Long delay in service. I don't understand why they make an appointment if they can't keep it. This is the third time I have been to the clinic and each time it took me almost 2 hours to be seen, even though I arrived at the scheduled time.
