Deveriam ter bom senso e perceber que não são todos os clientes que querem ser atendidos em "plena festa". Seriedade é fundamental!

Agora, simplesmente não consigo mais contato com a loja. Eles não respondem o WhatsApp e não atendem o telefone convencional. Não sei mais o que fazer. Moro no Recreio e estou vendo que vou precisar ir até Ipanema tentar resolver. É um desrespeito com o consumidor. Não recomendo.
Bad experience. I made a purchase of manipulated products on a farm. I paid per pix, full value. Delivery was scheduled for Monday and did not arrive. Now, I just can't contact the store anymore. They don't answer WhatsApp and they don't answer the regular phone. I do not know what else to do. I live in Recreio and I see that I will need to go to Ipanema to try to solve it. It is disrespectful to the consumer. I do not recommend.
