★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você procura fazer peeling químico, não vá. Eles dizem realizar o procedimento, porém ao chegar ao consultório, só tem disponível o ácido salicílico 10%, que é extremamente fraco e não traz o resultado esperado. Decepcionadíssima.
If you are looking for chemical peels, don't go. They say they perform the procedure, but when they arrive at the office, only 10% salicylic acid is available, which is extremely weak and does not bring the expected result. Very disappointed.

Liguei para o telefone e fui informado que não tinha ninguém no local pois meu horário era outro, sendo que tinha confirmado por telefone que a consulta seria as 15:20 da terça feira (22/03/22). Se a consulta realmente era 12:00, não ligaram previamente pra saber se realmente eu iria comparecer e muito menos após o horário ter passado, não fizeram questão de saber se tinha acontecido algum imprevisto e se gostaria de remarcar a consulta. FELIZMENTE vou procurar outro consultório para realizar a consulta, pq se antes é assim, imagino a consideração com o cliente durante ou após a consulta. O telefone que fiz contato foi o +55 21 99818-4943.
I made an appointment, I was at the place and there was no one to answer. I called the phone and was informed that there was no one at the place because my schedule was different, and I had confirmed by phone that the appointment would be at 15:20 on Tuesday (22/03/22). If the appointment was really at 12:00, they didn't call in advance to find out if I was really going to attend, much less after the time had passed, they didn't make a point of knowing if any unforeseen had happened and if I would like to reschedule the appointment. HAPPILY I'm going to look for another office to perform the consultation, because if it's like this before, I imagine the consideration with the client during or after the consultation.
