★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa, marquei um horário, fui até a consulta, mas chegando lá a secretária informou que não atendem meu plano. Quando liguei para marcar, li o plano e suas respectivas especialidades conforme estava na minha carteirinha para a mesma e me CONFIRMOU que atendia. Ainda tive que ouvir que "devo ter me confundido", muito desaforo. Perdi tempo e sai mais cedo do trabalho por isso, não recomendo!
My experience was not good, I made an appointment, I went to the appointment, but when I got there, the secretary informed me that they did not meet my plan. When I called to book, I read the plan and their respective specialties as it was on my card for the same and CONFIRMED that I was attending. I still had to hear that "I must have been confused", a lot of outrage. I lost time and left work early so I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma experiência péssima, fiquei 1hora esperando e minha ficha nem tinha sido feita ainda, motivo é porque as recepcionistas ficam conversado e não presta atenção nos clientes, não recomendado para ninguém, quando faz agendamento é para comprir o horário não deixar o paciente esperando por mais de 1hora. Não voltou nunca mais.
It was a terrible experience, I was waiting for 1 hour and my file hadn't even been done yet, the reason is because the receptionists keep talking and don't pay attention to the customers, not recommended for anyone, when you schedule it, it's to keep the time in order not to leave the patient waiting for more than 1 hour. It never came back.
