Não fui atendido, por que fui enganado pelas atendentes que informaram se tratar de atendimento por hora marcada, mas ao chegarmos havia 05 pessoas para serem atendidas.
E o pior é que estavam cheias de razão ao invés de pedir desculpas pelo engano e descaso com o usuário dia serviços desse estabelecimento.
Terrible experience!
I was not assisted, because I was deceived by the attendants who informed that it was an appointment by appointment, but when we arrived there were 05 people to be assisted.
And the worst thing is that they were full of reason instead of apologizing for the mistake and disregard for the user of this establishment's services.
