A funcionária me deixou 15 minutos esperando, desligou o telefone e quando liguei de volta ainda colocou a culpa em mim, que eu não confirmei o pedido. Sendo que no whats tá confirmado sim.
Bad service, I asked to do a manipulation, when I called to know the pick-up time I was informed that it was not done.
The employee left me 15 minutes waiting, hung up the phone and when I called back she still blamed me, that I didn't confirm the order. Being that whats not confirmed, yes.
