★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Pedi uma pizza depois de mais de uma hora ligo pra saber se a pizza já havia saído e fui informado que ainda nem havia preparada porque teve um problema com o motoboy.
Não custa nada ligar para o cliente e informar. Se não ligo ia esperar umas duas horas ou mais e só Deus sabe quando essa pizza ia chegar.
Perdeu um cliente e quem pedir informações vou relatar o ocorrido.
Horrible. I ordered a pizza after more than an hour I called to see if the pizza had already come out and was informed that it hadn't even been prepared yet because there was a problem with the motoboy.
It costs nothing to call the customer and let them know. If I don't care, I'd wait a couple of hours or more and God only knows when that pizza would arrive.
Lost a customer and whoever asks for information I will report what happened.
