★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, decepcionante! No dia 12.10.2021 a água da minha máquina de lavar roupa começou a vazar pelo cano onde entra o sifão do tanque, inundando minha área. Busquei Desentupidoras em Niterói e encontrei essa Pinguim e outras e enviei mensagens. A Pinguim respondeu imediatamente e agendou uma visita de avaliação gratuita para a manhã seguinte, na qual o Sr. Claudio, proprietário, confirmou que o problema era entupimento e cobrou R$ 190,00 para desentupir. Pedi orçamento também para limpeza e desentupimento dos esgotos e caixa de gordura e ele fechou um pacote completo. Mas não resolveu o problema do inundamento de minha área e tive que deduzir do orçamento! Limpou e passou um tubo nas caixas de passagem maiores, mas só com muita insistência limpou mais ou menos as pequenas. O esgoto com grade que estava cheio de resíduos da obra recente ainda ficou com muita massa, que retiramos após sua saída. Fizemos fotos dessa retirada. E pior de tudo: ao limpar a caixa de gordura, enfiavam uma vasilha no fundo da caixa e escorriam no cano de saída de água da mesma, o que me deixou bastante preocupada, pois estavam jogando resíduos no cano! E quando recebeu o pagamento e foi embora, o Sr. Claudio me ligou prevenindo que o cano de descarga da caixa de gordura poderia ficar entupido e necessitaria de desentupimento. Observei que, então, naturalmente ele voltaria para desentupir, claro!... Pasmem qual foi sua resposta: Que voltaria, mas cobraria pelo desentupimento do cano!!!
Sadly, disappointing! On 10.12.2021 the water from my washing machine started to leak through the pipe where the tank siphon enters, flooding my area. I looked for Desentupidoras in Niterói and found this Penguin and others and sent messages. Pinguim responded immediately and scheduled a free evaluation visit for the following morning, in which Mr. Claudio, the owner, confirmed that the problem was clogging and charged R$190.00 to unclog. I also asked for a budget for cleaning and unclogging the sewers and grease trap and he closed a complete package. But it didn't solve the problem of flooding in my area and I had to deduct it from the budget! He cleaned and piped the larger passage boxes, but only very insistently did he more or less clean the small ones. The sewer with a grate, which was full of residues from the recent work, still had a lot of mass, which we removed after it left. We took pictures of this withdrawal. And worst of all: when cleaning the grease box, they put a container in the bottom of the box and ran into the water outlet pipe, which made me very worried, as they were throwing waste into the pipe! And when he received the payment and left, Mr. Claudio called me warning me that the drainpipe of the grease box could get clogged and would need unclogging. I noticed that, then, naturally he would come back to unclog, of course!... Amazing what his answer was: He would come back, but he would charge for unclogging the pipe!!!

Os funcionários vieram, consertaram o cano do vaso, desentupiram, e fizeram até o rejunte do pé do vaso de novo.
O funcionário me explicou sobre o vaso que era bom avaliar trocar porque ta antigo e tratou muito bem meu filho.
Recomendo e agradeço o sr. Claudio que me atendeu muito bem no telefone l.
