★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um colchão marca Supreme Diamente Bege em julho de 2019, na loja Mega Lar em Valença, com a condição de só receber em final de agosto do mesmo ano. Ocorre que a partir de abril de 2020 percebi que o mesmo estava cedendo no centro. Devido à pandemia, com o horário irregular do comércio não tomei providências. Quando o comércio passou a abrir com regularidade dirigi-me ao recito em 17/08 e infelizmente a informação que recebi da gerência é que não poderia fazer nada, pois apesar do colchão não ter um ano da entrega já tinha um ano da compra. Conclusão: comprei o produto errado, infelizmente.
I bought a Supreme Diamente Beige mattress in July 2019, at the Mega Lar store in Valença, with the condition that I only receive it at the end of August of the same year. When the store started to open regularly, I went to the recite on 08/17 and unfortunately the information I received from the management is that I could not do anything, because despite the mattress not having a year of delivery, I already had one year of purchase. Conclusion: I bought the wrong product, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas camas dessa marca na loja baianao moveis as duas veio com problemas inclusive uma trocaram por outra para minha surpresa veio pior toda quebrada, portanto não quero mais a cama e sim o valor que eu paguei mas a esperta da loja só quer ressaci uma parte do dinheiro então eu vou ter que acionar a loja e o fabricante na justiça .

Entrei em contato com a loja e fui informado que a loja não poderia fazer nada. Fiquei no prejuízo.
I bought a box set vogue 45 138 x 1.88 x 0.64 Design (code 10351) at the Reis Móveis store in the sidewalk neighborhood in Salvador, with less than 4 months the lining stitching blew away exposing the foam. Um condutor de um caminhão dessa empresa bateu no meu carro, o caminhoneiro da empresa estava totalmente errado na colisão e admitiu a culpa. Me passou o contato da empresa pra resolver o conserto. O funcionário da Desgin Colchões Kassio Cardoso pediu pra eu enviar 3 orçamentos do conserto e eu mandei, porém Kassio passou semanas dizendo que tava em análise o orçamento pra depois dizer que a empresa não vai pagar e que a culpa da colisão foi minha. Desonestidade total. Sou motorista de aplicativo, o carro que estou é alugado e estou tendo que me endividar tirando um empréstimo pra consertar algo que eu não tive culpa nenhuma.

A driver of a truck from that company hit my car, the truck driver from the company was totally wrong in the collision and admitted his guilt. He gave me the contact of the company to solve the repair. Desgin Colchões employee Kassio Cardoso asked me to send 3 repair quotes and I sent them, but Kassio spent weeks saying that the budget was being analyzed and then saying that the company won't pay and that the collision was my fault. Total dishonesty. I'm an app driver, the car I'm in is rented and I'm having to get into debt by taking out a loan to fix something that I wasn't at fault.
