Ia alugar um sala nas imediações, gostei mais desse lugar. Em relação aos que vi, me pareceu mais organizado, os funcionários mais atenciosos entre outros pontos.
Há um café no térreo, o que não tem nos demais. Achei interessante a visão de querer crescer e melhorar os serviços.
A administradora do prédio está instalada ali também e está atenta em relação a tudo para implantar melhorias. Isso também é bom para que quer alugar ou comprar uma sala, pois os contatos são centralizados ali.

I was going to rent a room nearby, I liked that place more. In relation to those I saw, it seemed more organized, the staff more attentive, among other points.
There is a cafe on the ground floor, which is not available in the others. I found the vision of wanting to grow and improve services interesting.
The building manager is installed there too and is attentive to everything to implement improvements. This is also good for those who want to rent or buy a room, as contacts are centralized there.
