Mais decepcionada fiquei quando a funcionária me indicou para procurar a MORENA e solicitar a reposição. Sendo bem atendida pela MORENA é provável que passe a comprar na MORENA.
I am an old customer of the store and I don't complain but I was very disappointed when I asked them to send employee to put my curtains that I removed to wash and the price charged was absurd because I live in the store building. I was most disappointed when the employee told me to look for MORENA and request a replacement. Being well attended by MORENA is likely to buy in MORENA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por indicação de uma amiga já satisfeita e confesso que fiquei com um pé atras pois as atendentes sao bem novinhas, porém extremamente gentis, prestativas e eficientes. Entregaram meu piso antes do previsto e ficou ainda melhor do que eu imaginava. As duas vendedoras ainda me deram sugestoes sobre cortinas e com certeza irei retornar para executar o serviço. Facilitaram muito a forma de pagamento, sempre visando o que ficava melhor pra mim. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
I was referred by a friend already satisfied and I confess that I was one foot behind because the attendants are very young, but extremely kind, helpful and efficient. They delivered my floor earlier than expected and it got even better than I imagined. The two saleswomen still gave me suggestions about curtains and I will definitely return to perform the service. They greatly facilitated the form of payment, always aiming at what was best for me. Recommend with eyes closed.
