Marquei com eles para uma data, porém por motivos da obra no meu apartamento não ter acabado, e tudo estava muito bagunçado não consegui atende-los, precisei desmarcar, fiquei até tarde no domingo à noite tentando organizar tudo para na segunda ocorrer a dedetização, mas infelizmente a pintura não havia sido concluída, e enviei mensagem avisando que desmarcaria. Mas o pior vem da falta de empatia da empresa, que decidiu me cobrar previamente para remarcar outra data, sendo que está dentro do risco do serviço o seu cliente desmarcar, me trataram como se estivesse pedindo um favor, quando na verdade estava pagando para isso, ao dizer que não pagaria antecipado pois não desmarquei previamente por querer, e sim por necessidade e que dessa forma eles perderiam uma cliente, eles me enviaram ? como sinal de agradecimento por ter perdido uma cliente e me bloquearam . Ou seja, se forma alguma se importam com seus clientes, era cliente antiga já dedetizei meus outros apartamentos com eles, sempre me enrolaram para retornarem no prazo de garantia e fazer a 2ª dedetização, mas eu sempre relevei, esperava 15 dias para marcar, ligando insistentemente para eles marcarem logo, e ainda sim dei outras chances para a empresa, mas após essa ocorrência, nunca mais.

But the worst comes from the lack of empathy from the company, which decided to charge me in advance to reschedule another date, and it is within the risk of the service that your customer cancels, they treated me as if I were asking for a favor, when in fact I was paying for it , saying that I wouldn't pay in advance because I didn't previously unticked because I wanted to, but out of necessity and that way they would lose a customer, they sent me ? as a sign of thanks for having lost a customer and blocked me . That is, if they care at all about their customers, I was an old customer, I have already fumigated my other apartments with them, they always tricked me into returning within the warranty period and doing the 2nd fumigation, but I always ignored it, I waited 15 days to make an appointment, calling insistently for them to book it soon, and I still gave the company other chances, but after that, never again.
