Péssimo serviço de entrega pelo WhatsApp. Fiquei um dia inteiro fazendo o pedido. Depois não tinha isso não tinha aquilo e tome refazer o pedido!! As compras não chegaram no horário combinado aí eu desfiz o pedido. Ligaram pedindo desculpas e prometeram retirar a taxa de entrega mas eu não aceitei. Foi demais. Gente, cadê o profissionalismo ?!?!?

Terrible WhatsApp delivery service. I spent an entire day ordering. Then you didn't have this, you didn't have that and have to reorder!! The purchases did not arrive at the agreed time so I undid the order. They called apologizing and promised to take the delivery fee but I didn't accept. It was too much. Guys, where's the professionalism?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Justamente no dia que o governador ditador fechou todos os comércios e permitiu que apenas supermercados abrissem o deskontao se preparou e deixou apenas um caixa funcionando no caixa de pequenas compras, questionamos para a "gerente ou supervisor" e a mesma não soube solucionar o problema, e ainda informou que não podia fazer nada. Sinceramente eu não sei qual os critérios que usam pra deixar uma pessoa encarregada de loja como o deskontao. Em um dia atípico como hoje um sábado que todo mundo resolveu ir nos mesmos supermercados atacadão, Assaí e deskontao e esse povo não se prepara. Funcionários extremamente desmotivados, parece que estamos indo lá pra pedir

Few product options. People asking inside and in the parking lot, even embarrassing you, approaching you in the car asking for your groceries. I never buy there again.

Como de praxe, fui fazer uma compra de alguns produtos pela manhã neste estabelecimento (Desakontão), ao passar no caixa o valor deu a quantia que estava em dinheiro, no entanto esqueci de passar a sacola (bolsa plástica) que custa míseros vinte centavos (0,20), por ser cliente cadastrado e fazer parte do clube "Meu Deskontão" pensei que não haveria problemas, sou assídou, faço minhas feiras mensais e semanais no estabelecimento, procurei a funcionária que fica no balcão que se intitulou como gerente para resolver a situação e me fornecer 01 (uma) sacola pois eram poucos produtos, porém a mesma que se chamava NAYANE se negou a fornecer esta 01 (uma) sacola, foi irônica pedindo para ver a nota mesmo sabendo que eu não tinha adicionado pois falei que esqueci e foi muito arrogante preferindo cancelar a compra do que fornecer 01 (uma) sacola plástica. Perderam um cliente que sempre deu preferência ao Deskontão, mesmo tendo tantas opções na concorrência como Atacadão, Assaí entre outros. Acredito que não sou o primeiro nem o último a passar por uma situação tão constrangedora. Estou analisando se entrarei com reparação na justiça por tamanho constrangimento.

As usual, I went to make a purchase of some products in the morning at this establishment (Desakontão), when passing the cashier the value gave the amount that was in cash, however I forgot to pass the bag (plastic bag) that costs a measly twenty cents ( 0.20), for being a registered customer and being part of the club "Meu Deskontão" I thought there would be no problems, I am assiduous, I do my monthly and weekly fairs at the establishment, I looked for the employee who is at the counter who called himself as manager to solve the situation and supply me 01 (one) bag because there were few products, but the same one that was called NAYANE refused to supply this 01 (one) bag, it was ironic asking to see the note even though I didn't add it because I said that I forgot and was very arrogant, preferring to cancel the purchase than providing 01 (one) plastic bag. They lost a customer who always gave preference to Deskontão, despite having so many options in the competition as Atacadão, Assaí among others. I believe that I am not the first or the last to go through such an embarrassing situation. I am analyzing whether I am going to get redress in court for such embarrassment.

Estacionamento amplo, quantidade de caixa boa onde normalmente encontro pouco fluxo de pessoas. E ainda tem uma padaria com itens deliciosos que faço questão de ir comer algo quando estou fazendo compras. Super indico
Company from Pernambuco, with ample space, well organized, focused on serving tacarejo (wholesale and retail), good variety and affordable prices, highlighting products from the meatpacking plant. Ample parking, good amount of cash where I usually find little flow of people. And there's even a bakery with delicious items that I make a point of going for something to eat when I'm shopping. super nominate
