O pior vendedor é aquele que não sabe sequer "sofrer" uma venda.
Liguei para entender objetivamente os valores para aí sim gastar meu tempo e dinheiro para me locomover (em um universo praticamente 100% digital) e a pessoa não consegue nem falar o preço, parece que tem vergonha de falar o preço, perda de tempo.
Update: Obrigado pelo retorno, bom saber que vocês buscam melhorar, acabei fechando com um despachante do qual eu forneci alguns dados (assim como fiz com vocês) e já me passou os valores, tudo certinho.
Personnel do not know how to answer the phone, be efficient and pragmatic, hide values, fear of closing deals.
The worst salesperson is the one who doesn't even know how to "suffer" a sale.
I called to understand the values objectively so I could spend my time and money to get around (in a practically 100% digital universe) and the person can't even say the price, it seems they're embarrassed to say the price, waste of time.
Update: Thanks for the feedback, good to know that you are looking to improve, I ended up closing it with a dispatcher from which I provided some data (as I did with you) and he already gave me the values, all right.
