fora o atendimento via tel / whats péssimo, NUNCA FAÇA NENHUM SERVIÇO NESSE LOCAL!!!! PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE JA TIVE!!!!
60 days I checked in my car documentation for transfer and until today nothing, IN THE LAST CONTACT I SAID THAT I HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY AN EMERGENCY FEE IF I NEED THE DOCUMENT AND RECEIPT !!! This is unethical !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, demorou quase 4 meses para pedir a placa Mercosul e o documento do carro, ficam inventando desculpa que o Detran demora, mas é eles que enrola, saiu até no documento restrição administrativa, detalhe eu já tinha pagado o serviço, eles não está nem aí com o cliente, não manda mensagem dando um feedback, tem que ficar perguntando, só tive dor de cabeça e problemas, péssimo despachante.
I don't recommend it to anyone, it took almost 4 months to ask for the Mercosur license plate and the car document, they keep making excuses that Detran takes a while, but they're the ones who mess around, even in the administrative restriction document, detail I had already paid for the service, they he doesn't care about the customer, he doesn't send a message giving feedback, he has to keep asking, I just had a headache and problems, terrible dispatcher.
