Infelizmente a Pandemia atrapalhou muito o serviço dos despachantes em geral, e agora com o Fechamento das Unidades do Detran para a população, passando tudo para o Poupatempo, piorou a situação de quem tem que arrumar a documentação de seus carros. No Poupatempo não sabem nada, não resolvem nada, melhor para não ter stress, pagarmos um despachante. Naiara é uma das melhores na nossa região. Agradeço sempre a educação e atenção que sua Funcionária nós dá! Boas festas e uma ótima entrada de ano a Todos que trabalham com excelência no Despachante da Avenida Rio das Pedras. Naiara um abraço e parabéns pelo ótimo trabalho que realiza em seu Despachante nota 10.♥️??
 I recommend Naiara's Dispatcher, very honest, works very well. Unfortunately Pandemic has greatly disrupted the service of dispatchers in general, and now with the closure of Detran Units for the population, passing everything on to Poupatempo, the situation of those who have to fix their car documentation has worsened. At Poupatempo they don't know anything, they don't solve anything, better to avoid stress, we pay a dispatcher. Naiara is one of the best in our region. Não retornam, vc que precisa ir atrás das questões, meu veículo estava no pátio e eles não deram nenhuma, absolutamente nenhuma prioridade ou atenção!
Não atendem o telefone e o whatsapp só responde no outro dia!
PESSIMO SERVIÇO
Vcs tem a cara de pau de responder que estavam verificando os Status todos os dias, mas vc Sabe Muito bem que NÃO estava.... inclusive com a mesma desculpa que o WhatsApp não estava funcionando, ora se sua ferramenta não funciona troca.... vc menciona pela impressão de 2 boletos foi exatamente isso que vcs fizeram... apenas isso... emitiram 2 folhas e ainda queria ter sido pago por isso?? se vcs tivessem a mesma agilidade em atender como vcs tem para responder os comentários TALVEZ vcs teriam um pouco mais de qualidade.... se preocupe em atender os clientes ao inves de monitorar comentários!
Terrible service!
They don't return, you need to go after the issues, my vehicle was in the yard and they didn't give any, absolutely no priority or attention!
They don't answer the phone and whatsapp only answers the other day!
BAD SERVICE
You guys have the nerve to reply that they were checking the Status every day, but you know very well that it was NOT.... even with the same excuse that WhatsApp wasn't working, well if your tool doesn't work, change it.. .. you mention the printing of 2 slips that's exactly what you guys did... just that... they issued 2 sheets and I still wish I had been paid for that?? if you had the same agility to respond as you have to respond to comments MAYBE you would have a little more quality.... worry about serving customers instead of monitoring comments!
