O cara é o rei da desculpa, toda vez inventa uma conversa diferente. Uma hora o Detran fechado, outra hora tem problema pessoal (essas desculpas por mais de 1 ano - período da pandemia)
Recentemente disse que ia me reembolsar o valor e até a presente data não recebi nada...
Contratei o serviço de outro despachante e ele resolveu em 1 semana e meia.
Resumindo:
Contrate apenas se quiser tomar calote e ter dor de cabeça. Se quiser resolver algo, procure outro despachante.
I paid around R$1500 for a service that was not done.
The guy is the king of excuses, every time he invents a different conversation. One time the Detran closed, another time there is a personal problem (those excuses for more than 1 year - pandemic period)
He recently said he was going to refund me the amount and to date I have not received anything...
I hired the service of another dispatcher and he solved it in 1 week and a half.
In short:
Only hire if you want to default and have a headache. If you want to solve something, look for another dispatcher.
