Tenho certeza que será uma grande oportunidade para acalmar minha alma, me conhecendo e aprendendo a concentrar-me. Não posso deixar de falar do professor, mesmo jovem, muito inteligente, sabe expressar muito bem seus conhecimentos.
Really enjoyed. It was my first experience with yoga. I intend to adapt to this new process in my life. I'm sure it will be a great opportunity to soothe my soul, getting to know myself and learning to focus. I must mention the teacher, even though he is young, very intelligent, he knows how to express his knowledge very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma aula de Kundalini Yoga. Eu já tinha feito uma aula experimental de Hata Yoga. Professores excelentes em ambiente muito agradável. Há uma lanchonete no local com alimentação saudável e uma loja com diversidade de produtos, como incensos e muitos outros. Vale a pena ao menos ir para conhecer. Com certeza vc vai voltar.
I took a Kundalini Yoga class. I had already taken an experimental Hata Yoga class. Excellent teachers in a very pleasant environment. There is a snack bar on site with healthy food and a store with a variety of products, such as incense and many others. It's worth at least going to see it. You will definitely come back.
