★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo este despachante. Descaso com seus clientes, despreparo em seus serviços e o principal, falta de respeito. Estou a quase 1 ano tentando solucionar um problema referente a um serviço realizado neste despachante e a única resposta obtida foi que meu processo esta parado no Detran, sendo que não fui até o Detran contratar este serviço. Enfim, não recomendo.
I do not recommend this forwarder. Disregard for their customers, unpreparedness in their services and the main, lack of respect. I have been trying for almost a year trying to solve a problem regarding a service performed by this dispatcher and the only answer obtained was that my process is stopped at Detran, and it was not until Detran hired this service. Anyway, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa enrolada, uma hora um funcionário liga solicitando um documento que faltou,ai vc entra em contato,outro funcionário diz que ta tudo certo. Dps entram em contato dinovo,relacionando certas pendencias, e quando entra em contato não sabem informar qual funcionário deu a informação. Desorganizados!
Company rolled up, one hour an employee calls asking for a missing document, then you get in touch, another employee says that everything is fine. Dps contact dinovo, listing certain pending issues, and when they do contact, they do not know which employee gave the information. Disorganized!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, fui cliente durante alguns anos mas ultimamente a qualidade só caiu, não vale a pena buscar o serviço deles, existem empresas em Taubaté com o mesmo valor ou até menor que proporcionam um serviço excelente, a Despol de hoje não tem nem comparação com a que conheci a anos atrás INFELIZMENTE ??
Lousy service, I was a customer for a few years but lately the quality has just dropped, it is not worth seeking their service, there are companies in Taubaté with the same or even lower value that provide excellent service, today's Despol has no comparison with the one I met years ago UNFORTUNATELY ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não recomendo nem pro meu inimigo, funcionários enrolados, perdem nossos documentos e depois ficam um colocando a culpa no outro. Se tivesse procurado antes no Google e visto a quantidade de avaliações ruins não teria feito.
Terrible attendance. I don't even recommend it to my enemy, employees are in trouble, they lose our documents and then they're putting the blame on the other. If I had Googled it before and seen the amount of bad reviews I wouldn't have done it.
