O fato que não me entregaram a água e ja fechou, pois são 14:00 hrs de um sábado e eles fecham mais cedo. Ou seja, paguei pelo produto e não entregaram! Sendo que já atrasaram outras vezes! Não peço mais água neste local e não indico a ninguém! Péssimo serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dono acha que 3h30 é pouco para entregar um galão de água, trata como se estivesse fazendo um favor ao cliente. Quando liguei para perguntar da água, após 2h30 ele disse que eu havia "acabado de ligar" para pedir a água. Então disse que tínhamos horário no escritório e ele disse que se não desse pra entregar, que ele entregaria no outro dia, de forma bem rude. Absurdo! Não recomendo à ninguém! Dono muito folgado!
Owner thinks that 3:30 am is not enough to deliver a gallon of water, he treats it as if he were doing the customer a favor. When I called to ask about the water, after 2:30 am he said that I had "just called" to ask for the water. Then he said that we had office hours and he said that if it couldn't be delivered, that he would deliver it the other day, very rudely. Absurd! I don't recommend it to anyone! Very loose owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários de cara fechada, parece que vc está fazendo um favor na compra, acredito que isso vem dos donos e passam para os funcionários. Lidar com público é realmente difícil mas ser gentil e ter boa educação é obrigação em um comércio.
Não recomendo de forma nenhuma!
Employees with a closed face, it seems that you are doing a favor in the purchase, I believe that this comes from the owners and passes to the employees. Dealing with the public is really difficult but being kind and having a good education is a must in a trade.
I do not recommend it at all!
