★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do hotel. Os quartos apesar de pequenos são confortáveis. O café da manhã é ótimo. A única coisa ruim é que o estacionamento é em uma loja próxima e fecha às 22h e nos domingos não abre, mas o pessoal do hotel tem a chave, é só pegar e ir lá tirar seu carro.
 I liked the hotel. The rooms, although small, are comfortable. Breakfast is great. The only bad thing is that the parking lot is in a nearby store and it closes at 10 pm and on Sundays it doesn't open, but the hotel staff has the key, just pick it up and go there to get your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixou muito a desejar. Começando pelo estacionamento que na verdade é um comércio e após um certo horário é preciso buscar a chave e a gente mesmo abrir e fechar. No restaurante quase sem opções. E o quarto hoje antes de sair começou uma goteira no banheiro. Ainda bem que foi no último dia!!! Espero que a experiência ruim tenha sido apenas comigo.
It left a lot to be desired. Starting with the parking lot, which is actually a business and after a certain time you have to get the key and we open and close it ourselves. In the restaurant almost no options. And the room today before leaving started a leak in the bathroom. Glad it was on the last day!!! I hope the bad experience was just me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque na verdade não fiquei hospedado lá. Já que pela segunda vez faço a reserva e erram lá. Serviço péssimo, preocupação com o cliente pior ainda. Nunca mais eu volto!! Cheguei lá a noite e não tinham feito minha reserva e nem tinha vaga para me alocar. Tive que me virar para achar um local para dormir!! Total falta de respeito com o cliente.
Because I didn't actually stay there. Since for the second time I make the reservation and they make a mistake there. Terrible service, even worse customer care. I will never go back!! I got there at night and they hadn't made my reservation and there wasn't even a space for me to be allocated. Had to turn around to find a place to sleep!! Total lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente aconchegante, tradicional, não gostei do tamanho dos quartos, achei pequenos, mas em vista que é um hotel relativamente antigo está okay.
Café da manhã com várias opções.
Tv dispõe apenas de canais abertos, o que não tem muita qualidade nem diversidade na programação.
Sinal de wi-fi forte e a internet é boa.
No geral gostei bastante do ambiente e o atendimento é de excelência.
Cozy, traditional atmosphere, I didn't like the size of the rooms, I thought they were small, but considering that it's a relatively old hotel, it's ok.
Breakfast with several options.
Tv has only open channels, which does not have much quality or diversity in programming.
Strong wi-fi signal and the internet is good.
Overall I really liked the atmosphere and the service is excellent.
