★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa fundo de quintal. Ninguém atende o telefone. Coloca terror nos fornecedores de seus clientes. A impressão é que tem cliente pra caramba, mas ninguém para trabalhar. E o pior, dá prejuízo para os clientes dela, pq não deixa o povo entrar para trabalhar e atrapalha o serviço.

Quando você da a sorte de alguém atender, alguma atendente ou te trata de forma grosseira ou te trata com descaso, não te explicando de forma clara o que é preciso. Falta de profissionalismo gigantesco.
Poor service company. None of the phones they post on the site work. When you are lucky that someone answers, some attendant either treats you rudely or treats you with indifference, not explaining clearly what is needed. Massive lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente super grossa, não deixava eu acabar de explicar o que precisava. Acho que educação e paciência é o mínimo que se precisa para atender os clientes. A Destra precisa rever seu quadro de funcionários, talvez precise ser alterado.
