★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja para uma entrevista, cheguei com 20min de antecedência e fiquei aguardando por UMA HORA, e ninguém apareceu para dar uma satisfação sobre o atraso, nessa uma hora de espera, nem um copo com água foi oferecido, esperei tanto e fui embora, ja dá pra perceber o tipo de tratamento que a empresa deve oferecer aos funcionários, mais respeito pelo proximo, além de fazer eu perder meu tempo, ainda perdi dinheiro também.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedem 5 dias pra avaliação e em 18 dias não me foi passado um orçamento, entrei em contato com 10 dias se desculparam e mesmo assim não me passaram o orçamento mesmo após uma semana da reclamação, não recomendo!
Terrible service, they ask for 5 days for evaluation and in 18 days I was not given a quote, I got in touch with 10 days they apologized and even then they didn't give me the quote even after a week of the complaint, I don't recommend it!

Fiz um pedido pelo ZAP estava com o dinheiro em mãos para pagar ,pois a funcionária informou que só aceitaria pagamento via pix .pois eu iria pagar o produto e tinha reservado .pois a funcionária disse que se não vendesse o produto até hoje iria me mandar mensagem . Sou cliente a muito tempo e toda vez que vou até a loja pegam meu cadastro e falam que vão mandar as fotos pelo ZAP asim que chegar às peças de roupas .pois até hoje nunca recebi .
Service leaves something to be desired. I made an order through ZAP, I had the money in hand to pay, as the employee informed that she would only accept payment via pix. message . I've been a customer for a long time and every time I go to the store they take my registration and say they'll send the photos through ZAP as soon as they get to the clothes.

Quando fui eles haviam vendido a bolsa. ? fui informada que como não "havia realizado o pagamento on line vendeu" . Como assim? Em momento algum deram a opção de Pagamento On line ( senão teria feito) vejo que muitas vezes as pessoas perdem clientes por "parecer um leilão" quem pagar primeiro leva. E esquecem de fidelizar. _ infelizmente não foi a primeira vez .
I talked online with a saleswoman, I talked about a bag I was going to get. When I went they had sold the bag. ? I was informed that as I had not "made the payment online, it sold". Like this? At no time did they give the option of Online Payment (otherwise I would have done it) I see that people often lose customers because it "looks like an auction" whoever pays first takes it. And they forget to trust. _ unfortunately it was not the first time.

Uma vez comprei uma saia de courino e na primeira vez que fui usar ela desmanchou inteira, disseram que não podiam fazer nada. Sempre compro pelo WhatsApp por ser de outra cidade e comprei roupas pro meu filho, busquei em RP na segunda e pedi pra trocar o que não serviu hoje (quarta feira) e não autorizaram.
Totally disappointed. This is the second time I have gone shopping dissatisfied. I once bought a leather skirt and the first time I wore it it fell apart, they said there was nothing they could do. I always buy on WhatsApp because I'm from another city and I bought clothes for my son, I looked in RP on Monday and asked to change what didn't fit today (Wednesday) and they didn't authorize.
