★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É fácil alugar um imóvel com eles, pois não tem muita burocracia, mas de tiver problemas com o imóvel eles demoram a resolver. O atendimento é ótimo, mas quem atende não é responsável por resolver os problemas da empresa, então não vale muito a pena.
It is easy to rent a property with them, as there is not much bureaucracy, but if you have problems with the property they take time to resolve. The service is great, but whoever is in charge is not responsible for solving the company's problems, so it's not really worth it.
