★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito estressante. Primeiro ficar em pé, no sol, uma hora e meia. Sendo que o estabelecimento deveria abrir as 8 e so abriu as 8 e meia. Sendo que isso seria desnecessario se o governo pagasse mais funcionarios e disponibilizasse um melhor atendimento para os usuarios. Ja que se trata do órgão que mais arrecada no estado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um absurdo as pessoas tem que chegar de madrugada pra pegar senha pro atendimento,é o cidadão fica em pé no sol quente,até a hora de abertura do prédio,tudo isso poderia ser evitado se colocar o agendamento através da internet ou através do telefone,seria o mínimo de dignidade que o órgão do DETRAN PÁ poderia dar para os usuários desse órgão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários mal educados, um absurdo. Durante a pandemia só dão 30 senhas pra resolver tudo lá dentro. Se forem atendidas as senhas mesmo que seja cedo eles não atendem mais ninguém. Infelizmente nos cidadãos que bancamos o órgão é que sofremos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 2 meses aguardando para que a carteira seja enviada para impressão na gráfica!!!??? Impressionante como demora tanto pra se apenas imprimir uma carteira que já está autorizada e renovada. Triste demais esperar tanto por um documento que necessito demais.
