Worst civil service experience. Endless bureaucracy... wrong and incomplete information, zero empathy with the elderly, unhealthy and dangerous facilities for those who are forced to go there.

Tirando esses problemas e a arbitrariedade dessa Guarda Municipal e essa Prefeitura acharcadora , que prejudica o cidadão, pelo menos vale ressaltar o atendimento excelente dos funcionários do órgão. Muita atenção e simpatia! Mas discordo da ocorrência. Tenho 66 anos, estacionei no bairro da Charitas em vaga de idoso, porém por descuido o cartão estava vencido. Tudo bem estava errado. Acho que poderia simplesmente ser aplicado a multa, sem necessidade de reboque, que tal fato me causou despesas e ocupação durante 03 dias. Ressaltando que eu tenho o cartão. Achei uma corvadia e arbitrariedade. Nota zero para Prefeitura de Niterói.
The place is horrible! Lots of garbage and dirt. The place for collecting vehicles, should be better. Apart from these problems and the arbitrariness of this Municipal Guard and this abhorrent City Hall, which harms the citizen, at least it is worth mentioning the excellent service of the agency's employees. Lots of attention and sympathy! But I disagree with the event. I'm 66 years old, I parked in the Charitas neighborhood in an elderly spot, but due to carelessness the card was expired. Okay it was wrong. I think the fine could simply be applied, without the need for towing, as this fact caused me expenses and occupation for 03 days. Pointing out that I have the card. I found it to be corvadia and arbitrariness. Zero score for Niterói City Hall.
