★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no RJ e o único lugar que tive para renovar CNH foi nesse Detran. Tudo ocorreu conforme deveria, porém o telefone que deram para comunicação ninguém atende.
Não há outro número e eu não sei se minha CNH está lá para retirada. Sair de bangu para ir lá e voltar sem CNH não dá!
I live in RJ and the only place I had to renew my license was in this Detran. Everything went as it should, but the phone they provided for communication, no one answers.
There is no other number and I don't know if my CNH is there for pickup. Leaving bangu to go there and come back without a driver's license is not possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira experiência foi boa, porém moro em Jacarepaguá, são mais de 2hrs de viagem e queria saber se minha habilitação já está pronta. Pois lá foi o único lugar que consegui vaga. E agora não consigo telefone para contato. Estou com medo de me deslocar e chegar lá e não resolver nada. Pois se não tiver pronta, será um viagem perdida. O telefone nunca chama, só diz que está com defeito. Complicado demais.
My first experience was good, but I live in Jacarepaguá, it's more than 2 hours of travel and I wanted to know if my driver's license is ready. Well, that was the only place I got a seat. And now I can't get in touch. I'm afraid of moving and getting there and not solving anything. Because if you don't have it ready, it will be a lost trip. The phone never calls, it just says it's faulty. Too complicated.
