★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muito ruim o atendimento agendado estou sem placa na moto a duas semanas e agendei fui atendido hoje por uma excelente funcionária que me orientou muito bem mais ela n pode me dar a autorização pra faz r a placa pois terei que esperar a notificação e o prazo e de 3 dias
 The scheduled service is very bad I have no license plate on the bike for two weeks and I scheduled I was seen today by an excellent employee who guided me very well but she can't give me the authorization to make the plate because I will have to wait for the notification and the deadline and 3 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau organizado, mau gerenciado, pessoas com agendamento para as 9h, só foram atendidas as 10h...um segurança mal educado com desvio de função, agindo como se fosse do Ciretran, alguns funcionários do Ciretran sem respeito com idosos que queriam informação, sujando a imagem do Detran. Triste isso.
Poorly organized, poorly managed, people scheduled for 9am, they were only seen at 10am...a rude security guard with a diversion of function, acting as if he were from Ciretran, some Ciretran employees with no respect for the elderly who wanted information, messing up the image of Detran. That's sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, atendentes acham que sabem de tudo (como se no ES tudo funcionasse perfeitamente), não querem escutar o que temos a dizer e já falam que é impossível daquilo acontecer, fazem cara de desdém, até perceberem que estão errados. Por essas e outras que as pessoas não confiam no serviço público, lamentável.
Terrible service, attendants think they know everything (as if everything worked perfectly in ES), they don't want to hear what we have to say and already say that it's impossible for that to happen, they make a disdainful face, until they realize they're wrong. For these and others that people do not trust public service, it is regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo é pouco, um dia o alguém de poder descobrirá q Detran não serve pra nada além de cabide de emprego. Pessoal nunca soube q são funcionários dos cidadãos q precisam ser atendidos e nos tratam com excelência soberba hard. Um dia esse país acaba com essa mamata ?
Garbage is not enough, one day someone in power will discover that the Detran is not good for anything other than a job hanger. People never knew that they are employees of citizens who need to be attended to and they treat us with superb hard excellence. One day this country ends this mamata ?
