Relatively new building, but it needs more comfortable space for the services, as improving the service with an online pre-service, would improve a lot and streamline the attendance in person.

Horrible service Delayed and Terrible, Make us run crazy not to solve anything without telling the theft that anything wrong they want you to ask for new documentation, Here's my indignation for lack of respect, Poor service and few attendants to solve Many to put you to Machar, a real shame for our state that collects millions in taxes and does not offer what we need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial é excelente e rápido, porém o atendimento por telefone( quem atende é um senhor, não sei se tá sempre com raiva de alguém ou é preguiçoso) é péssimo, ele não passa informações certa, diz que não sabe ao certo o valor das taxas que só indo lá pra saber, fora outras coisas.
Face-to-face service is excellent and fast, but the telephone service (the person who answers is a gentleman, I don't know if you're always angry with someone or lazy) is terrible, he doesn't give certain information, he says he doesn't know for sure the rates that just going there to find out, other things.
