★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendimento os recepcionistas fica no celular, não dão orientação nenhuma e tudo ele mandão ir no site. Estão ocupando vaga dos que realmente querem trabalhar. Ainda vou divulgar nas redes sociais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O agendamento não funciona, agendei meu serviço para as 11:00h porém só fui atendido de 12:10h absurdo, está agência do Detran do shopping Plaza não tem o mínimo de respeito pelo contribuinte, obs: não foi a primeira vez que isso acontece todas as vezes o atraso no atendimento mesmo estando agendado é superior a 40 minutos!
The appointment doesn't work, I scheduled my service for 11:00 am but I was only seen at 12:10 am absurd, this Detran branch at the Plaza shopping doesn't have the least respect for the taxpayer, note: it wasn't the first time that this has happened all of them sometimes the delay in the service, even if it is scheduled, is longer than 40 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, em visita, não há isolamento social, atendimento de péssima qualidade, não são cumpridos os horários o qual agendamos via Internet. Isso é um descaso, não há funcionários para orientar e facilitar o atendimento. Repuguino! Marque em qualquer posto do Detran menos o do Shopping Plaza. Pessoas aguardando mais de duas horas de atraso, sendo uma falta de respeito e consideração ao ser humano. Lamentável um atendimento tão nojento quanto esse!
I do not recommend, when visiting, there is no social isolation, poor quality service, the times we schedule via the Internet are not met. This is a disregard, there are no employees to guide and facilitate service. Repuguino! Check at any Detran station except Shopping Plaza. People waiting more than two hours late, with a lack of respect and consideration for human beings. Regrettable a service as disgusting as this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passam 10 pessoas na sua frente se não tiver agendamento, mesmo o detran recomendando ir sem agendamento por motivos maiores.. funcionários nem um pouco solícitos, procuram todo tipo de desculpa pra não resolver o problema e fazer você precisar voltar e pagar novamente alguma coisa.. demoram no minimo 30m pra imprimir um documento e mesmo com minha autorização pra um familiar retirar, não liberam.. nem se o papa mandar eles liberam.
Da pra ver pela foto o nível da estrutura da agência, que apesar de ficar em shopping, parece uma boca de fumo, cheio de mofo e sujeira nas parades, mentira, acho que até a boca de fumo é mais limpa e organizada do que essa agência.
10 people pass in front of you if you don't have an appointment, even the DMV recommends going without an appointment for bigger reasons.. employees not at all helpful, looking for all kinds of excuses not to solve the problem and make you have to go back and pay something again. They take at least 30m to print a document and even with my permission for a family member to remove it, they don't release it.. not even if the Pope sends it they release it.
You can see from the photo the level of the structure of the agency, which despite being in a mall, looks like a boca de fumo, full of mold and dirt on the walls, a lie, I think even the boca de fumo is cleaner and more organized than this one agency.
