Mesmo chegando no horário agendado, fiquei mais de 1 hora esperando ser atendida. Eu e todos os outros cidadãos na mesma situação.
Um descaso, infelizmente.
Talvez falta de experiência do único atendente e certamente falta de supervisão para resolver o problema.
Now (Jun2022) they are attending Agiliza by appointment.
Even though I arrived at the scheduled time, I was waiting more than 1 hour to be answered. Me and all other citizens in the same situation.
An oversight, unfortunately.
Perhaps lack of experience of the only attendant and certainly lack of supervision to solve the problem.
