★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Detran como um todo está horrível. Tentei resolver diversos problemas pelo site durante uns três anos, mas o mesmo está todo quebrado. Minha carteira venceu em plena pandemia quando fechou os serviços presenciais e eu já tentava fazer a reciclagem, mas não conseguia nenhuma informação. Esperei até 2021, e mudei pra Ibiúna. Eles passam informações picadas, onde é uma surpresa a cada visita e as burocracias só aumentam. Fiquei de março até outubro cumprindo o tempo necessário, me mudei pra são Paulo, tentei ligar pra saber se faltava algo e nada, o site só te confunde, pois não há respostas. Minha irmã precisava passar lá, pedi somente pra informarem os processos ea atendente se recusou, falou que eram normas. Fiz uma viagem pra essa cidade e chegando aqui, pra minha surpresa, tinha mais etapas. Eu só queria informações precisas, assim eu me prepararia. Me senti muito lesado.
Detran as a whole is horrible. I tried to solve several problems through the site for about three years, but it's all broken. My wallet won in the middle of a pandemic when the face-to-face services were closed and I was already trying to do recycling, but I couldn't get any information. I waited until 2021, and moved to Ibiúna. They pass on chopped information, where every visit is a surprise and the bureaucracy only increases. I stayed from March to October fulfilling the necessary time, I moved to São Paulo, I tried to call to find out if something was missing, the site just confuses you, because there are no answers. My sister needed to go there, I just asked to inform the processes and the attendant refused, said they were rules. I took a trip to this city and arriving here, to my surprise, there were more stages. I just wanted accurate information so I could prepare myself. I felt very aggrieved.
