★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem nunca teve contato com o Detran antes de eles modernizar os processos, não sabe o que é sofrer, antes tínhamos que pagar absurdos para despachantes, ou para pessoas especializadas em preencher formulários, emitir guias...
Hoje conseguimos fazer tudo no proprio posto do Detran.
Em Jandira, eu nunca fui mal atendido, ao contrário, eu sempre sou muito bem atendido, pessoal educado e acreditem pacientes.
Claro, sempre tem pessoas que acham que os atendentes tem que fazer tudo por eles, nossa obrigação é no mínimo comparecer com os documentos necessários...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento com restrições. Na portaria tentam de toda forma fazer você resolver tudo pela internet. Depois não reclamem os funcionários se perderem o emprego por falta de utilidade. Depois de vencida a barreira da entrada você é bem atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui esta semana para tirar uma dúvida no horário de expediente, não me permitiram entrar no local. Um funcionário, se é que pode se dizer assim, muito mal educado, grosseiro que me atendeu simplesmente não estava nem prestando atenção no meu questionamento só dizendo que não podia fazer nada e que eu deveria procurar sanar minhas dúvidas em outro lugar. Se for para atender o público dessa forma, não atenda, funcionários de péssimo treinamento para lidar com situações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detran de Jandira ao invés de melhorar só piora. Nunca vi igual. Uma demora pra tirarem dúvidas, já era ruim quando era no lopes, agora tá pior ainda.
Nunca passei tanto nervoso quanto passo quando tenho que resolver alguma coisa nesse Detran.
Espero que cada comentário negativo faça melhorar e não piorar, pois já fiz reclamações e parece que "se é que lêem" ignoram completamente.
Jandira's Detran instead of getting better, it only gets worse. I've never seen the same. A delay to ask questions, it was already bad when it was in lopes, now it's even worse.
I've never been as nervous as I do when I have to solve something in this DMV.
I hope that every negative comment makes it better and not worse, as I've already made complaints and it seems that "if you read it" they completely ignore it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estabelecimento completamente inútil. Mesmo com horário marcado pelo site DO GOVERNO, tem que praticamente implorar pro segurança te deixar entrar. Você explica, mostra o e-mail do Detran com o agendamento que ELES fizeram pra você e mesmo assim tem que responder a um questionário feito pelo segurança que te barra na porta e só te deixa passar se você convencê-lo de que realmente tem que entrar. Sem contar que se o seu caso for de ter que fazer um novo exame médico, o pessoal lá dentro marca pra você quando eles bem entendem, nem sequer te consultam sobre o horário, muito menos te perguntam se na tal data você pode. Marcaram pra mim no dia seguinte, de manhã (eu tinha prova da faculdade) e quando eu disse isso, como já tinham marcado, me falaram para ligar lá onde fazem o exame médico. Só que eles não trabalham por telefone, ASSIM COMO O DETRAN. Além de não te consultarem sobre a data e horário que marcam pra VOCÊ, também não sabem informar o valor do exame, dizem que só na tal clínica. Porém, lembrando que na clínica também não atendem telefone, ou seja: você só vai saber o valor que tem que pagar SE FOR na clínica.
E o pior de tudo é que perguntei no Detran se meu caso era de ter que refazer todo o processo para renovar minha carta e eles não sabiam dizer ?. Se no DETRAN não sabem me dar essa informação, não sei mais onde posso conseguir. Um show de horrores esse "Detran", pra não falar outra coisa.
Completely useless establishment. Even with an appointment on the DOGOVERNMENT website, you have to practically beg security to let you in. You explain, show the email from the Detran with the appointment they made for you and even then you have to answer a questionnaire made by the security guard who stops you at the door and only lets you through if you convince him that you really have to get in. Not to mention that if your case involves having to undergo a new medical exam, the staff inside makes an appointment for you when they want, they don't even ask you about the time, much less ask you if you can on that date. They made an appointment for me the next day, in the morning (I had a college exam) and when I said that, as they had already made an appointment, they told me to call there where they do the medical exam. Only they don't work by phone, JUST LIKE THE DMV. In addition to not consulting you about the date and time they book for YOU, they also don't know how to inform the value of the exam, they say only at that clinic. However, remembering that they don't answer the phone at the clinic either, that is: you will only know the amount you have to pay IF you go to the clinic.
And the worst of all is that I asked the Detran if my case was to have to redo the whole process to renew my license and they couldn't say ?. If the DETRAN doesn't know how to give me this information, I don't know where else I can get it. A show of horrors this "Detran", to say nothing else.
