★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, fui diversas vezes e não consegui ser atendido, da última vez falaram que estavam perto do meio dia e quem estava na fila que voltasse uma hora pois não teriam pessoal para atender, todos não tem o mínimo preparo para atender o público, sem educação nenhuma, isso é um crime de prevaricação, um absurdo.
 Horrible, I went several times and couldn't be served, the last time they said it was close to noon and whoever was in the queue had to come back an hour because they didn't have staff to meet, everyone is not even at all prepared to serve the public, no education none, this is a crime of prevarication, an absurdity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que já recebi na minha vida tive que ir 3 vezes para poder transferir a habilitação de endereço aínda estou na fila esperando o horário de almoço pois saem todos juntos para almoçar e simplesmente não fica ninguém no local péssimo local o governo devia fiscalizar e desburocratizar isso uma coisa tão simples que poderia ser feita pelo celular ,mas temos que ter tanta dificuldade bse não não é Brasil ,horário da foto 12:10
The worst service I've ever received in my life I had to go 3 times to transfer my address permit I'm still in the queue waiting for lunch because they all go out to lunch and there's simply no one left in the bad place the government should inspect and to reduce bureaucracy something so simple that could be done by cell phone , but we have to have so much difficulty bse it is not Brazil , photo time 12:10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fui 3 vezes no local para poder fazer a renovação da minha CNH e uma atendente muito mal educada me tirou de louca dizendo que eu tinha que fazer agendamento pelo site ou no painel deles lá mesmo no local , mesmo assim não estava conseguindo agendar pois estava com problemas no sistema deles e não estava deixando eu agendar falei com atendente , ela simplesmente me falou que eu tinha que me virar e só seria atendida com.agendamento ou seja nunca iria consegui , já que o sistema deles estava dando conflito . Eu tive que chegar chegando no local para poder exigir um.atendimento , aí sim !logo me atenderam .e a cara de pau da atendente ainda me disse para eu reclamar na ouvidoria ou na tv . Kkk pode isso ? Desaforada demais .não sei pq está trabalhando lá . Gente assim se não está satisfeito com o emprego da o lugar para outro .
Terrible service I went there 3 times to renew my driver's license and a very rude attendant drove me crazy saying that I had to make an appointment through the website or on their panel right there, I still couldn't make an appointment because I was having problems in their system and was not letting me make an appointment I spoke to the attendant , she simply told me that I had to get by and I would only be seen with.schedule , in other words , I would never get it , since their system was having a conflict . I had to arrive at the place to be able to demand a.call, then yes! soon they attended me.and the attendant's poker face even told me to complain to the ombudsman or on TV. Kkk can that? Too brash. I don't know why he's working there. People like that, if they are not satisfied with their job, give the place to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Robson e o Rosito são ótimos atendentes, sempre dispostos a ajudar e tirar dúvidas. O restante só sabe tratar mal as pessoas, principalmente a mulher da triagem/retirada de senhas que está sempre de mal humor e não ajuda tirar nenhuma dúvida.
O Detran devia rever esse quadro de funcionários.
Robson and Rosito are great attendants, always willing to help and answer questions. The rest just know how to treat people badly, especially the woman who sorts/removes passwords, who is always in a bad mood and doesn't help to clear any doubts.
The Detran should review this staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bem localizado , fácil acesso ao local, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar, muito lento , devido a pandemia a maioria dos serviços é online e o atendimento tem que ser com hora marcada, eu preferia quando tinha o CIRETRAN.
It is well located, easy access to the site, but the service leaves something to be desired, very slow, due to the pandemic, most services are online and the service has to be by appointment, I preferred when I had CIRETRAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada contra as pessoas do local, mas o Detran de Arujá é uma unidade que precisa urgentemente de melhoras. E também o Detran foi instituído pelo poder público, portanto, o povo precisa falar
Só tem 1 pessoa na triagem, 1 pessoa no atendimento e 1 pessoa para tirar fotos e colher as digitais. Essas circunstâncias geram atrasos de 2 a 6hs, como no meu caso que esperei 1:30 para ser atendida e um outro rapaz que chegou ás 10hs e às 16hs não tinha resolvido seu problema. Importante salientar que cheguei no horário marcado e fui pontual.Quando os funcionários foram cobrados pelo atraso, ninguém assume a culpa e ainda tentaram me culpar perguntando se eu realmente estava lá todo esse tempo. Não há corporativismo nem trabalho em equipe, e tudo bem desorganizado. Um líder deve direcionar esses fatores, além de ter mais supervisão pois os erros acontecem e ninguém vê, ninguém corrige e o consumidor acaba sendo afetado sem poder fazer nada. Sem supervisão, a desonestidade pode acontecer também.
Além disso, como bombeira civil vi um extintor no chão, a chance de ele virar e cair, sofrer danos é altíssima. De acordo com a IT 21 do Corpo de Bombeiros da Polícia Militar os extintores devem estar apoiados em suporte apropriado com altura recomendada de 10cm a 20cm.
Enfim, agradeço pelo serviço, mas é preciso melhorar
Nothing against the local people, but the Arujá Detran is a unit that urgently needs improvement. And also the Detran was instituted by the public power, therefore, the people need to speak
There is only 1 person in the screening, 1 person in attendance and 1 person to take photos and collect fingerprints. These circumstances lead to delays of 2 to 6 hours, as in my case I waited 1:30 to be attended and another guy who arrived at 10 am and at 4 pm had not solved his problem. Importantly, I arrived on time and was punctual. When employees were charged for the delay, no one takes the blame and even tried to blame me by asking if I was really there all that time. There is no corporatism or teamwork, and everything is disorganized. A leader must address these factors, in addition to having more supervision because mistakes happen and nobody sees, nobody corrects and the consumer ends up being affected without being able to do anything. Without supervision, dishonesty can happen too.
Also, as a civil firefighter I saw a fire extinguisher on the ground, the chance of it turning over and falling, suffering damage is very high. According to IT 21 of the Military Police Fire Department, fire extinguishers must be supported by an appropriate support with a recommended height of 10cm to 20cm.
Anyway, thanks for the service, but we need to improve
