★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento até que é rápido, mas tive problemas na hora de retirar o documento. Me pediram para estar lá em um determinado dia e horário, são do trabalho para ir lá e quando cheguei não estava pronto. Os papéis estavam em cima da mesa e um cara de muita má vontade fez questão de me deixar esperando por quase 1 hora.
 Attendance is fast, but I had problems removing the document. I was asked to be there on a particular day and time, are from work to go there and when I arrived was not ready. The papers were on the table and a grudging guy made sure to keep me waiting for almost an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone não funciona, só dá ocupado, poderiam rever isso porque muitas coisas podem ser resolvida por uma informação sem a necessidade de ter que ir lá. Um departamento desse sem telefone é uma vergonha.
The phone doesn't work, it's just busy, they could review it because many things can be resolved by information without the need to go there. Such a department without a phone is a disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita atenção quando for fazer vistoria no carro galera, meu carro é um fiesta 2010 e o mecânico disse que não faziam a vistoria lá, ai pediu 50$ ao meu pai e disse que se pagasse esse valor ele autorizava sem fazer vistoria, so paguei pq meu pai já tava cansado e não queria ir pra fortaleza resolver isso, um absurdo. Não sei se realmente é verdade de não fazer a tal vistoria lá, mas fiquem atento.
A lot of attention when it comes to inspecting the car guys, my car is a 2010 fiesta and the mechanic said they didn't do the inspection there, so he asked my father for $ 50 and said that if he paid this amount he would authorize it without making an inspection, so I paid only because my father was already tired and did not want to go to the fortress to solve this, absurd. I don't know if it is really true not to do such an inspection there, but stay tuned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uns atendentes que são muito mal educados e aparenta não ter treinamento para lidar com o publico. Fora que cobraram a emissão do CRLV e não quiseram imprimir. Pois faço questão de ter o mesmo já que o paguei. Tem alguns funcionários que são ótimos, mas outros que me fazem nunca mais querer precisar desse Detran de Caucaia
There are some attendants who are very rude and seem to have no training in dealing with the public. They also demanded that they issue the CRLV and did not want to print. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, apesar de ser órgão público gostei. Não é muito lotado, os funcionários são interessados em resolver seu problema e ainda encontrei o par das placas novas por 170 reais. Adorei esse Detran.
Very good, despite being a public body I liked it. It's not very crowded, employees are interested in solving your problem and I even found a pair of new boards for 170 reais. I loved this Detran.

Quase ninguém por lá, o que deixa bem melhor e mais rápido.
Very good, well prepared staff and clarifying all doubts. Organization with appointments, quick service and polite staff, not to mention the practicality with AMC next door and a plate making company.
