★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Servidores mal informados e uma vistoria bem duvidosa. Preucuparam-se com a marcação do chassi nos vidros, mas nãio conferiram nenhum item de segurança. Entreguei todos os documentos para a transfererencia mas até hoje não emitiram a nova documentação. Este telefone (e nenhum outro do Ciretran pinheiro) funciona.
 Terrible attendance. Poorly informed servers and a very doubtful survey. They were concerned with the marking of the chassis on the windows, but did not check any safety item. I handed over all the documents for the transfer but until today they have not issued the new documentation. This phone (and none other from Ciretran pinheiro) works.

Fiz o agendamento pelo site, e fiquei uma hora a mais no sol esperando o atendimento, só para receber uma CNH, desistir do atendimento, na verdade fui informada que já tinha outras pessoas na minha frente, ou seja o agendamento não está funcionando, e por ordem de chegada.. procurem se organizar e melhorar esse atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento. A pior atendente, mal educada, mexendo no celular o tempo todo e atendendo com péssima vontade. Não peguei o nome dele mas se eu tivesse pego colocaria aqui, pois é uma vergonha uma profissional assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com atendimento pontual, aqui não adianta se apressar e chegar antes da hora, se na ficha em suas mãos estiver 11h, vá pontual. Não corra o risco de chegar antes ou você vai pegar um chá de cadeira, aqui somente chamam na hora previamente programada. Nem cheguem depois ou você perde o atendimento, não há furos na fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, a pessoa agenda via internet, chega no horário e espera cerva de duas horas depois, após der atendido para renovar carteira, lhe dão uma senha pra tirar foto aí vc espera 4 horas com fome e cede, o funcionário que tira foto, é lentos demais e ainda fica mexendo no celular, pra uma pessoa terminar de ser atendida é 12 min quase, algo que deveria durar 5 min, imagina vc ter a senha 65, pra mim que moro numa cidade. 110km daqui foi um prejuízo de 300 reais, 3 viagens pra renovar a carteira, pra piorar vc entra 8h e sai 15h, a clínica para o exames fecha às 14h, ou seja tem que vim mais uma vez na outra semana.

Você agenda um atendimento, eles te voltam dizendo que tem que pagar tudo via internet e depois voltar lá. Bem estranho porque eu falei com a ouvidoria eles me falaram tudo o contrário. Funcionários preguiçosos que não estão nem aí pra você. O horário de todo mundo passando e ninguém atende, aí fui reclamar e ainda saí por errado!

Lazy employees who don't care about you. The schedule of everyone passing by and no one answers, so I went to complain and I still got it wrong!
