★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Esperei por horas para ser atendido e não conseguir o atendimento na sala 1 porque o mesmo não se encontrava e a informação que tinha era que ele iria chegar em poucos minutos.
 Terrible. I waited for hours to be attended and not get the service in room 1 because he was not there and the information I had was that he would be here in a few minutes.

No one answer the phone. I observe comments from thousands of people here for over 1 year about this same problem and apparently nothing has solved it. What a horrible scenario.
