★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma demora no atendimento. Os rapazes são profissionais mas as atendentes são um poço de preguiça e má vontade . Vc perde tanto tempo na espera e elas ficam lá o tempo inteiro passeando rindo de conversa fiada. Me chamaram pra retirar o documento e a atendente simplesmente me fez esperar ela acabar de admirar a unha da colega e conversar sobre , me poupe . Falta de respeito com as pessoas. Só pq eles não tem "patrão" fazem o trabalho de qualquer jeito . Neste Detran vc conta no dedo ali de quem trabalha corretamente, um bando de funcionárias que não produzem nada , só tão ali pra passar tempo e consumir os recursos do estado que sai do nosso bolso.
 A delay in service. The boys are professionals but the attendants are a lot of laziness and ill will. You waste so much time waiting and they are there all the time walking around laughing at small talk. They called me to remove the document and the attendant simply made me wait until she finished admiring her colleague's nail and talked about it, spare me. Lack of respect for people. Just because they don't have a "boss" they do the job anyway. In this Detran you count on the finger of someone who works correctly, a bunch of employees who do not produce anything, just there to spend time and consume the resources of the state that come out of our pockets.

Very disorganized, waiting 6 hours for a document p after receiving the news that they would not give me today, only on Thursday.

Acabam se distraindo e esquece o bom atendimento. Fiquei 2horas esperando.
The attendants. They talk a lot.
They end up getting distracted and forget about good service. I was waiting 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cheio e o sistema caindo toda hora. Tive que sair no meio do processo, pois meu pai passou muito mal devido ao calor e a confusão, até os seguranças tiveram que evitar uma briga física e verbal.
Too full and the system crashing all the time. I had to leave in the middle of the process, as my father was very ill due to the heat and confusion, even the security guards had to avoid a physical and verbal fight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo, sistema só funciona até 9 e meia da manha e depois desse horário nos sofremos e ainda vemos as meninas que trabalham sofrer por tentar nos ajudar. Foram dias tentando um processo simples de.tranferencia!
Absurd, the system only works until 9:30 in the morning and after that time we suffer and we still see the girls who work suffer for trying to help us. It's been days trying a simple transference process!
