★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, atendente super mal educada, estava acompanhada do meu esposo , a mesma me mandou sair e esperar do lado de fora, sendo que não tinha nenhum papel escrito que não poderia entrar acompanhante, pessoas assim não servem para trabalhar em repartições públicas a classificação do órgão ja diz por ele só, horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível, nunca abrem, não atendem telefone, não cumprem os horários informados nas plataformas, quando encontra aberto já não atendem mais para realizar vistoria. É uma vergonha o serviço prestado, se fosso possível dar 0 estrelas eu daria.
Worst possible experience, they never open, they don't answer the phone, they don't comply with the hours informed on the platforms, when it's open, they no longer answer to carry out inspections. It's a shame the service provided, if I could give 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo péssimo. Mal localizado, burocrático, com atendimento ruim e demorado. Frequentemente o sistema fica inoperante, não atendem telefone e só abrem na parte da tarde. Eles transferem para o cidadão toda a responsabilidade de providenciar documentações, xerox, gerar guias, entrar em sites, etc. Não fazem nada! Com isso, temos que voltar lá por várias vezes, porque sempre tem algum detalhe faltando (parece que adoram falar: está faltando isso, está faltando aquilo). E a gente fica igual besta "viajando" até o shopping, que é longe de tudo e de todos. Infelizmente não dá pra esperar nada mais que isso de um órgão do governo. Porém, pra aplicar multas de trânsito, penalidades diversas, é uma eficiência assustadora!

And we are like a beast "traveling" to the mall, which is far from everything and everyone. Unfortunately, you can't expect anything more than that from a government agency. However, to apply traffic fines, various penalties, it is a frightening efficiency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O número de telefone é apenas para enfeite, nem perca tempo tentando contato, infelizmente se precisa de algo tem de deslocar até a unidade e pegar o "ótimo" atendimento que o governo proporciona.
The phone number is just for decoration, don't waste time trying to contact, unfortunately if you need something you have to go to the unit and get the "great" service that the government provides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Sou de Santa rita do Sapucaí. Terminei de pagar um carro financiado pela Safra Financeira. Tenho que fazer a transferência de propriedade. No site do Detran-mg falam para telefonar e agendar na Delegacia de Polícia aqui de Santa Rita. Fui lá pessoalmente. Uma moça me informou quais eram os documentos que tinha que levar e o que tinha que pagar (DAE). Efetuei o pagamento e providenciei todos os documentos. Voltei lá no dia da vistoria. Um rapaz me informou que o vistoriante teve problemas particulares e não viria nesta semana. Só na outra. Pois bem, fui embora e voltei na outra semana. Lá chegando o mesmo rapaz me informou que o vistoriador não iria trabalhar na semana entre o Natal e a Passagem do ano. Só no ano que vem. Passado uns dias eu liguei para lá e uma moça me disse que o vistoriador estava de férias e só voltaria a partir do dia 9 de janeiro.
Bem se der algum problema com a polícia rodoviária federal, eles não querem nem saber de nada. Multam e pronto.
Então resolvi procurar socorro em Pouso Alegre. O telefone toca e ninguém atende.

Terrible experience. I'm from Santa Rita do Sapucaí. I finished paying for a car financed by Safra Financeira. I have to transfer ownership. On the Detran-mg website, they tell you to call and make an appointment at the Police Station here in Santa Rita. I went there personally. A girl told me what documents I had to take and what I had to pay (DAE). I made the payment and provided all documents. I went back there on the day of the inspection. A young man informed me that the inspector had particular problems and would not be coming this week. Only the other one. Well then, I left and came back the next week. Arriving there, the same guy informed me that the inspector would not work in the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Just next year. A few days later I called there and a girl told me that the inspector was on vacation and would only return from January 9th.
Well, if there's a problem with the federal highway police, they don't even want to know anything. Fine and that's it.
So I decided to look for help in Pouso Alegre. The phone rings and no one answers.
