★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje (28/03), no Terminal Bandeiras fui atendido por um funcionário de nome Victor do Nascimento Cavalcante resolver uma situação (pela terceira vez) com meu bilhete único de estudante. Ao chegar lá, o funcionário estava conversando com outra funcionária e esqueceu que esteja em horário de serviço. Fez meu atendimento de maneira incorreta, transferiu um valor de estudante para vale transporte comum.
Ao final do atendimento me encaminhou uma carta para que fosse a outro local para poder recuperar e transferir os créditos.
Ao ser questionado qual seu nome e o nome da outra funcionária, me chamou de louco e pediu respeito.
Acredito que esse tipo de pessoa não represente a imagem da SPTrans ou mesmo da terceirizada. Vocês legitimam esse tipo de comportamento? São coniventes com isso? Além do mais, a Lei de Transparência e Acesso à Informação não vale para vocês?
 Today (03/28), at Terminal Bandeiras I was attended by an employee named Victor do Nascimento Cavalcante to solve a situation (for the third time) with my single student ticket. Upon arriving there, the employee was talking to another employee and forgot to be on duty. Did my service incorrectly, transferred a student fee to common transportation voucher.
At the end of the service, he sent me a letter to go to another location in order to recover and transfer the credits.
When asked what his name and the name of the other employee, he called me crazy and asked for respect.
I believe that this type of person does not represent the image of SPTrans or even outsourced. Do you legitimize this type of behavior? Are they conniving with this? Besides, isn't the Transparency and Access to Information Law valid for you?
